  Literally the best workers. I had a really long day , my front bumper was really messed up … let’s just say , the individuals working there helped perform a miracle . I really really really thank God for them .

  Lazy and rude people working here (actually not working just wasting time) , acting like they owned the place , they are saying about policies but i don’t see it on their website or in the store they are making it up their own policies very bad experience at this place

  Jason in commercial is a pretty awful person. Always rushed and impatient when answering the phone , and rude and unhelpful in person. It’s actually pretty sad that not only does he have zero accountability for his attitude but is even a manager. Autozone needs to stop letting miserable people continue to represent them. It’s not covid anymore and consumers - especially commercial ones - aren’t going to tolerate being treated like garbage. Opened a NAPA commercial account shortly after dealing with him. So tired of this being the standard company slop culture.

  Walked in looking for a part for my old accord and staff was extremely rude. Here's what happened: I walked in at about 7pm went straight up to an older guy behind the counter and ask "Do you have a second?" he replied "Not right this minute no. I don't." no big deal so I said "Alright, no rush." This dude then walks over to his co-worker and says "I hate it when people come up to you and say "yOu GOt a SeConD" like no I don't." Before he even turned around I walked straight out the door, and went to the advanced auto parts across the street. They were much more helpful.

  I went to this place after I was told they had the power steering pump I needed. Show up and the counter guy at commercial sales tells me they ONLY have the 280ish dollar one in stock. Even though the site says they have one for 140ish. Also tells me NO OTHER STORES IN THE AREA have the cheaper one. I leave to check prices at Napa and advanced then think hmmm I’ll go online and check availability at other autozone stores to see if he was lying. He was. Many other locations in the close vicinity had the one I was looking for and I was able to purchase within 10 minutes even though he told me no one had it. Crazy that he tried to screw me and upsell me like that. Not cool at all.
