My husband explained that every-time he turns his car off he wouldn’t be able to turn it back on. The staff replied “it is too cold outside , so we can’t do it”. Luckily, he was able to make it to another AutoZone and they were helpful and installed the battery.

I ended up at Autozone because I was doing other things in the area. I am beyond impressed by these folks. I've been there three or four times...different personnel each time. Every person I interacted with was friendly and more than willing to help. Also impressive is that most were very knowledgeable and willing to ask other staff if they couldn't answer a question. The other places I had been shopping were completely hit or miss, but mostly miss. I will drive the extra miles to come here when I need automotive supplies.
