  My engine shield was ripped out of place from a curb. I was limping my van back home and trying to figure out how to get back and forth to work until my next day off. Chase was phenomenal! He quickly understood the issue, identified a fix, found the correct sized part, and helped me get back on the road. Just amazing customer service!

  Great experience was super fast got in and out. Chase helped me check my coolant levels and went above and beyond, and helped me. Remove leaves from the hood of my car.

  They have a great crew there! Abby, the manager assisted me with finding the right wiper blade and put it on for me despite the cold weather! Yaabish has more energy than 4 cups of coffee! 😄😁 Jason was extremely helpful as well. I appreciate the great customer service. Rare these days! Keep up the great work!

  AutoZone is AutoZone. It’s neither here nor there, but I appreciate them always being available to help me with my check engine light. There’s a code that pops up, and the workers are so kind they come and hook the car up. They’ll write down the codes for me to research on my own. They also changed my windshield wipers for me. They just do a lot of customer service; if they should get tips, I would recommend it.

  Tanesha and Randall went out of their way to help us. It was storming and late on a Sunday night hr and they helped us find the right wipers we needed and helped us deal with lighting and rain. Advance Auto down the street from them refused to help us. Many thanks to these AutoZone folks for going the extra mile for us!
