Chris and his employees were super extra helpful to me. Chris went out his way to help me with my car. I can’t express how much I really appreciate the extra mile he went to help. He is an excellent manager and again I really do appreciate his help because I was distressed. And he went above and beyond to help me. Thanks again sooooo mich

This store has a guy name Chris that works here and he’s very rude, unprofessional and no customer service whatsoever he shouldn’t be representing Autozone. He refused to swap out a phone holder and was hostile and cussing even when the store Assistant Manager told him to be quiet.

Highly recommend staying away from this location. My boyfriend and I went to have the battery disconnected to change a part since we didn’t have socket wrenches with us at the moment. An employee came out to do just that but seemed to struggle which we didn’t think much of. He was on the shorter side and more than likely hispanic. We changed the fuel sending unit in the parking lot and then had a different employee reconnect the battery. Suddenly the car wouldn’t start even thought we had no prior issues of it not starting. At some point the manager came out and mentioned that the issue was the starter. The car eventually cut back on and they ENCOURAGED us to drive home without cutting the car off until we reached where we needed to go. 3 minutes into a drive the steering wheel locks up due to the power steering and the battery light comes on. We go to Advanced Auto instead, buy a new battery, have them run a test on the alternator and everything is back to working how it should be. The starter was not this issue. The battery was which we insistently told them only for the manager to say “I could sell you the battery, but that won’t fix it.” The shorter hispanic employee that helped should be FIRED because we’ve had more than one encounter of him not knowing what he’s talking about. The manager should be more careful what kind of advice he gives out. Encouraging us to drive home led to us nearly being killed when the steering wheel locked up on a sharp turn with another car coming in the opposite direction. DO BETTER or quit your job! This store is just asking for a lawsuit to happen.
