  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First let me say worst customer service I have seen in a long time. The guys that work here are very dismissive and act like everything I asked for was a problem.Acted like doing a simple return/exchange was just enough to ruin their day. Very very bad attitudes. And forget about getting your codes read their reader is broken. Was the worst service I've ever had in an auto parts store. It's the laziness and bad customer service for me. At 1 point the guy at the front just said go to O'Reilly's and next time that's exactly what I will do in this town.

  I had a problem with my vehicle's alternator, and I received all the help I could to repair it. Thank you to everyone, especially Anthony, who was very helpful and assisted me with some of his tools. Thank you so much, and may God bless you.

  My name is Gary I walked in to this autozone to grab a part from the commercial desk because I work at take 5 and have gotten parts from the same guy Elli before who works back there he profiled me talking about he don’t know if he can sell me a part cause my the PO number a gave him was wrong my store uses this same PO number for every autozone and this time he made it to be a problem he asked for a invoice I showed him his store number and all on the invoice and still refused to help me at all don’t know what the difference this time but he didn’t ask anyone else behind me or in front of me for a PO number just simply checked them out.

  The service I just received was above and beyond. Monica and Brian truly gave me peace of mind. Big shout out to Brian who helped take off the bolts that I needed In order to replace my mirror. And a Super big thank you to Monica who so graciously assisted me, I hardly knew what I needed, but Monica did. She offered to look at my car with me and helped me pick out parts that would best fit my car. I always come to AutoZone to get my car parts fixed and I recommend you do too. Thank you so much AutoZone.
