I was getting dizzy so I needed to pull over. I chose their spot. So I called them to make sure that it's ok if I chill here for a min. It was blood sugar and I knew it was, but folks....these guys went far beyond ANYTHING I would anticipate! Lyric brought me ice cold water and Jim checked on me twice! Like......WHAT!?!?! The are genuinely good people in this chaotic world we're living in. Mucho blessings to these two in particular!! Y'all made my day and I'll never forget this act of genuine kindness!!!!

I wanted to purchase fuel injector cleaner and SuperFoam cleaner for both my vehicles. Attached is a picture of the shelf price over a month expired. When I spoke with manager Michael he stated he is unable to honor the price and I can come back in the morning to speak with Bill. I wasted my time & gas for your manager on duty to NOT make the sale of $30 I would have spent for an error on the stores part. What is the purpose of an evening manager if he's unable to assist customer care issues?? For that matter you mind as well have a shift leader if the manager is unable to assist with customer satisfaction!!! In addition, his demeanor was unpleasant and he walked away mid conversation stating there's nothing he can do. If you shop here come in the mornings for customer satisfaction.
