Came up to the door and co worker ignored the knocking. I WILL NOT go to this location and its just 2 mins away from my house. I will drive the extra 3 minutes down the road. Must not really care about business and assisting people and rather be on the phone. Very professional.

They sold me a used returned part that was missing pieces, greasy, dirty yet it was taped shut with a lable.. When I got home I opened the box.and it was very obvious that someone just put their old part in box and returned it. I tried to called the store for over 40 minutes and couldnt get anyone to answer. Spoke with a local store who.told me to contact online customer support since it was an online order. Online customer support said there is nothing they could do and that Id have to drive back.out to that store. Tried calling again every 5 minutes until close but it would just ring and ring until it would say they are not taking calls at this time. I made 2 last calls 1 at 8:58 and the last at 9pm. The 8:58 call the phone rang and rang before the message saying they werent taking calls and 9pm it went right to voicemail saying they are closed! Watch yourself with this location. You may get someones returned used damaged part..
