    Mid age black woman with dreads was super rude. There’s a reason we don’t come to this store, but it just so happened to be along our route. Horrible customer service.

    I wouldn’t bother with this store. Battery is under warranty and within 3 year replacement. Guy says it shows 12/25. It’s.. December 2025. He says no, it expired before December. Okay, we’ll do the 3 year replacement. He refuses. He can’t find it in the system. Maybe come back tomorrow during the day and they can help. I can’t do anything because it’s not in the system. Show him the receipt, nope still just refuses to do his job. Someone else left a similar review a few months ago on Yelp for this location. I guess they just refuse to honor their replacement guarantee or the manufacturer warranty. Of course, you can just buy a new battery with a new warranty. 😒

    Had a dead battery and Toya figured out what I needed, removed the old one and replaced with thr new one. It was cold outside and she even said that it wasn’t necessary for me to wait outside - that I should stay in the store to stay warm. Just an amazing experience!

    I really don't feel good about leaving negative reviews, but as this is the third time over several months that I've had a negative experience here in this store... I'll preface by saying that I am a very patient person. I teach middle school...I have to be. Hopefully AAuto will address this beyond responding with a stock "sorry...we'll look into this" response. It's been the same experience each time including today, so I won't detail each visit. Essentially, I went in for an item(s) (coolant this time), and not one employee acknowledged me. Okay, not everyone is friendly...I'm here for car stuff not to make friends. When I went to check out, the guy at the counter (who was completely idle at the time) made a face as if I was keeping him from performing life-saving surgery by interrupting him with my paltry purchase. I tried to engage him in light conversation ("Hey, how's going?"). Nothing but crickets and that leave-me-alone stare. Third time...same treatment...three different employees. I'm done with this place. I'll drive the extra 6+ miles to a competitor where I've been treated with kindness; they're generous with their time; and they seem to value my business. I don't know if all Advanced Auto stores are this way, but this place has an issue that needs addressing.
