    My check engine light came on while I was out and about. I quickly stopped at this Advanced Auto-a really nice gentleman behind the service counter did a diagnostic test and told me exactly what was wrong with my car, he let me know it was safe to drive to the repair shop and he was super nice and highly knowledgeable about cars. I do not get his name, but it was around 9:40am on 10/24/25. I was so thankful and grateful for his help, and it meant so much I had to leave a review! Superb Job Sir! Thank You!

    Do not go to this Advanced at all. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. They are super rude, unhelpful, and this store honestly needs to be closed. They're always low in inventory, the employees that work here are occupied talking with each other, but not servicing anyone, especially Earl one of the employees here. Earl along with the store manager are trash at providing effective solutions. I came in to swap a defective battery they sold me to begin with. I informed both Earl and the store manager that my battery was currently still in my car, but it was in my trunk and they can't change it. They told me I had to buy a new battery and come back with the old one, and they could give me a refund. I explained to both of them that I've already purchased two batteries here and on both occasions I've returned the battery core. They both accused me of potentially stealing the core and not bringing it back. And I've explained to them that if I brought the battery back twice already why would I steal this one. The store manager gets then comes to the counter and tells me she doesn't know me nor trust I would bring the core back. Earl, even though he knew he wasn't supposed to install my battery because it is in the trunk, installed my battery the second time I came in here and lied that he didn't. They offered to install it again but this would be the last time and I said I was fine with that because I needed a calibration as well so I understand the store can't install it. Instead of apologizing for his actions, as the store manager should, and explain this would be the last time they could honor such transactions. Earl went to lunch and the store manager left and I still don't have a battery.
