  I had an incredible experience with this location today. Rick went above and beyond to make sure I was treated well and that my car was working! I was literally surprised with the level service that was provided, I highly recommend!

  Got back in town late and when I started my car at the airport it cranked slow. Next morning early I figured the battery was probably on its last leg, so I went looking for something open. The only place open at 7AM was the AutoZone. Rick came right out in the dark and checked the battery, sure enough, it was done. David, the store manager, didn’t hesitate. At 7AM, still dark outside, he put the new battery in and had me back on the road headed to work in no time. Rick and David were both great, just jumped in and took care of it with good attitudes. Really appreciate the help. Highly recommend AutoZone 119 Cobb Pkwy!!

  Visited this location on 3/12/26 at 1:45pm — No customer service and unfriendly. Long wait for assistance even though no one is in the store. Previously came from store on Powder Springs St (they did not have the wipers needed) and it’s like night and day. Will not revisit this location

  Literally the best workers. I had a really long day , my front bumper was really messed up … let’s just say , the individuals working there helped perform a miracle . I really really really thank God for them .

  Lazy and rude people working here (actually not working just wasting time) , acting like they owned the place , they are saying about policies but i don’t see it on their website or in the store they are making it up their own policies very bad experience at this place
