  I got a very great service from Tanesha at Cobb parkway Marietta , I came in to change my battery and she was the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. Guess what? This lady is pregnant and she’s still moving around helping me get things done. She was down to earth, ready to help me and all smiley. I told her she’s welcoming and she’s so sweet.

  Love this location. Shoutout to Abigail for helping me with my Civic. She not only helped me but explained what was going on so I can be more prepared later. I came in upset but left smiling. Thanks again!

  Ken was one of two associates behind the counter.He was covered up with customers but found the time to check on my charging system on my 2011 acura mdx.we found a loose battery terminal connection.Ken was very patient and polite regarding all customer requests.His customer service skills were outstanding;patient yet still displayed a solid sense of urgency in managing his tasks.He has a great attitude and I hope Autozone recognizes his efforts .
