I went to a previous Advanced Auto store in Canton, GA where the employees were rude and unwilling to help. I left that location and came here. And what a difference in the customer service. Oscar was patient took time to explain things to me. I got all the items I needed and ended adding warranty after Oscar explained the benefits of doing warranty. Again, big shout out and many thanks! Oscar you rock!
- KMKiera McneilJan 24, 20261.0We bought a power inverter just to get home and it doesn’t work and you can’t return it because it’s electrical but why not have stuff in the store to test electrical stuff if you’re gonna make it non refundable!! It’s been less than 3 hours since I bought it! So now we are out $45 for trash. Definitely don’t recommend nor will we be back to this company.

- RMRaymond MillerDec 31, 20251.0I had a battery replacement the other day at this store the service person wasn't that friendly which I understand it was very cold. I noticed he was a little rough under the hood having a hard time but it was cold. He finish i even tip him. Couple days I take look under my hood he broke the cove to the positive cable not a big deal but I never use them again.
