Not only does Devin know his stuff inside and out, but he actually takes the time to help instead of just pointing you to an aisle. I came in needing help with my car, and he jumped right in—diagnosing the issue, explaining everything clearly, and making sure I got exactly what I needed. You can tell he’s got real hands-on experience, not just textbook knowledge. And on top of that, the dude wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. He literally used his own strength to help me get things loosened up and sorted out—something most employees wouldn’t even think twice about walking away from. That kind of effort and willingness to help is rare. Between his knowledge, work ethic, and just being a genuinely solid guy, Devin made what could’ve been a stressful situation way easier. He says no, it expired before December. Okay, we’ll do the 3 year replacement. He refuses. He can’t find it in the system. Maybe come back tomorrow during the day and they can help. I can’t do anything because it’s not in the system. Show him the receipt, nope still just refuses to do his job. Someone else left a similar review a few months ago on Yelp for this location. I guess they just refuse to honor their replacement guarantee or the manufacturer warranty. Of course, you can just buy a new battery with a new warranty. 😒

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
