I went on a whim based on the associates "thorough" google search. Shocker! It didn't fit, went to return and was told I couldn't. I asked to EXCHANGE for the size I needed, I didn't even want my money back and I was told I couldn't even do that. I've purchased from here before quite a few tools over the years and will never be returning. Brand new oil filter I tested, product not even used once.

Today she was busy on the phone complaining to someone about being there alone - when I entered, I was the only customer. When I asked for help, she stayed on the phone, glared across the counter and bluntly responded - "Okay." She did not move! I left. So why even offer a 2 star? Because John is both knowledgeable and personable. I wish he had been there today.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
