- JSJillian Simmons5 days ago5.0This store is amazing. I went in because my car wouldn't start. The manager Coty went out and tested my battery and alternator to make sure the battery was the problem. When we went inside I didn't know what engine my car had so Coty ran back outside to look at my tag to make sure I got the right one. He also explained the benefit on the green and red protectors and the protection plan for it. He also installed in super fast. I thought it would be an hour and he had me in and out in less than 30.

I asked the guy if I could get a bag so I wouldn't have to make two trips and he grabs the bag and shoved my oil in the bag and doesn't even get it in the bag and he shoves it on the counter and turns and walks away and doesn't say anything. I get to my car and the level of disrespect settled in and I go in to talk to a manager and he was the manager and when I walked up he was talking about taking someone out back and jumping on them. I will be contacting the DM about this. Dude looked like he smelt like sloppy joes and was threatening.

Then offered to check the lights on my car and check my fluids. Turns out you’re supposed to add oil when the gravy dipper light comes on lol. Anywho they’re great. Thanks Andrew and Coty for dealing with my automotive challenged knowledge.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
