- ABAnton BaglaridisMar 14, 20261.0I suppose when pilot hires managers, they don’t explain to them that customer service is part of their job. I purchased a shower that didn’t have shower gel and the garbage bin was full. Originally I wanted to let the cleaning guy know, but a lady, apparently the manager walked in there. So I explained to both of them in a nicest possible way that I had purchased a shower and there was no shower gel. I was hoping to hear some kind of apology. All I heard was a cold OK. I just don’t understand. If you didn’t provide the service you charged for, the least you can do is be apologetic

- YUYusuf UmutluJan 15, 20261.0I played a slot machine game and deposited $1800, then got $2k back. I played for about 3 hours. The woman at the cashier told me it wasn't legal here and I couldn't get cash back. There's no explanation about this on the machines; it's illegal in many places, but cashback is given, and they loaded it onto a card, saying I could only use it for shopping, fuel, or playing again. I bought a few things in the morning and used the card, but it rejected it. Then it charged me from another machine, then I bought a few more things, and it gave the same error again. It charged me from another machine again. They said it's usable everywhere. I'll try it in other states, hopefully it will work, otherwise I'll have to come back here. When I scan the card barcode and enter it on the website, it doesn't show the balance; it says the card is unusable, but it works on the slot machine. I hope I don't get scammed again. Those who are going to sit on the machine should be careful.
