  My technician was Lasha and she was absolutely amazing! She was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. She made this experience very positive. I would definitely recommend her & Safelite to friends & family and will use Safelite for future repairs if needed! The end results were perfect too! Great work and much appreciated.

  I was worried at first bc of so many 1 star reviews, but I’m so glad I went ahead and scheduled my appt. Everything went SMOOTHLY including scheduling, re-scheduling, communication from Safelite, communication from technician day of, tech showing up on time, ability of tech, excellent result, ease of payment online. And I didn’t have to contact my insurance; Safelite did it. It was a perfect experience, and I recommend them to everyone!

  Purchased an upgrade that wasn't recieved. New wipers amd Rain X, promo was cheaper than just windshield. Selected the window for my vehicle, specifically 96 250hd knowing this is an odd year, of course the new busy 150 was recieved. Website quoted 320 with promo, somehow price increased at checkout. Feel like it was for the other window, not mine. Rained lastnight Ave discovered no rain x or wipers. No biggie, you live, you learn.

  I would give 5 stars on my experience today except for the fact that I was originally scheduled thru my insurance company for this past Friday and I got a text an hour after my earliest scheduled time Friday stating that my appointment was changed to Monday 3/30 from 8-6 and you can’t call the company at all everything is online so I had to call my employer short notice and have them change my schedule which they were very unpleased about since it was less than a 2 weeks notice, I can say my technician Reggie was superb tho, he was very kind, efficient and didn’t mind answering the questions I didn’t fully understand, he also replaced my mother in laws windshield wipers while doing my windshield replacement and replacing my windshield wipers, he was very friendly, polite and went above and beyond .

  2026 - You can no longer call the local number and talk to someone directly, you are prompted to go to their website for EVERYTHING. Was also given 3 alternate numbers to try that were supposed to go to a local person, none ever worked or they did not answer at least. We needed a windshield replacement and wanted to do an OEM windshield as our vehicle had less than 10K miles. It took them 4 MONHTS to receive the windshield, I was the one that had to call for updates every few weeks, and when they did finally call, it was to confirm an appointment for the next day, that I knew nothing about and did not make. I told them I would call back because I had no plans in place to leave my vehicle with them. Took another Month of me trying to call them to make an appointment, to again receive a call about an appointment I did not make for the very next day, at that point I was over it, dropped everything, took the day off work, and got the work done. No problems yet, and thank god, because what do you do when you call a business that doesn't answer calls and can only direct you to a website to make an appointment or get an online quote? If my insurance company wasn't integrated with Safelite I would never use them again and will try my very best to fight with my insurance company to use ANYONE else in the future. 0 out of ten, would never recommend.
