  Terrible experience here. They can not even do a simple oil change correctly, take your vehicle elsewhere unless you want to pay for a simple oil change to be done incorrectly and damage your vehicle. I had the oil changed in my vehicle at this location, after which it started leaking oil profusely. After back and forth visits with Mavis it was finally discovered that not only did they excessively overfill the oil level but they also did not use the manufacturer recommended type of oil. Before this visit there were no issues with the vehicle, and now due to their mistakes on a simple oil change I am left with a damaged vehicle. They refused to repair the damages as well. Take your time and business elsewhere to a facility with more competent staff who can actually do an oil change appropriately.

  Amazing management and shop crew! Cowanna the store manager and her two assistant managers Walter and Bret provided excellent customer service! They took care of my vehicle needs efficiently with positive attitudes, I will be returning to this location!

  Stopped by cause I have had a tire leaking air pretty bad over the last week or so. They checked it and it only needed to be patched. They patched it for free. Friendly people with great service! Highly recommend

  I have two small children in tow all the time, which is why I make appointments for oil changes. My appointment was at 3. I got there at 2:50. Attendant working at the front told me about 15 minutes before it goes on the lift and about 45 minutes for the service. By 4, it still hadn’t made it to the lift. Appointments should mean something, and if they don’t, they shouldn’t be an option.
