  The service at Jackson Volvo was terrible as usual. The service rep, who never introduced himself, arrived back from lunch 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. No apologies. He couldn’t fix the item I went in for but took my car anyway for a Volvo recall. Estimated time was 30-40 minutes. Actual time was almost 3 hours. No explanation, no update, just sit and wait. When I asked about why the car was in the car wash for over 30 minutes, he shrugged, turned his back, and responded “these things take time”! Yikes!

  Excellent experience at Volvo of Macon getting my Volvo XC 60 serviced. From the scheduling, drop off, loner vehicle to time of completion everything was smooth.
