- DDDre DayNov 14, 20251.0DONT’ WASTE YOUR TIME. Car wash mechanics and equipment are worn down and does not really clean vehicles. Most of the brushes just spin without even making contact with the vehicle. Also staffing is very rude and obnoxious, I was told to wait due to system errors and then 10 minutes later I was told to leave after waiting in line for a wash due to “server being down” and unable to take payments… however I had just signed up for a subscription that didn’t even require payments… while waiting I also observed another customer be allowed through the gate and have their car washed. It still came out dirty though.

- RCRandy CrawfordOct 20, 20254.0I want to publicly apologize for a statement that I posted about Tommy's car wash, I had my truck damaged while going through the car wash,I reported it and I was told someone will contact me on the outcome,I was notified by one of the supervisors that my truck was in drive the reason the accident happened,we'll I was so upset with them because I know my truck wasn't in drive,so in order to get back at Tommy's car wash I posted a statement saying that they didn't want black people using their car wash, we that statement was farthest from the truth Tommy's car wash was and is a very good car was and I shouldn't have made that statement so I apologize to Tommy's car wash and staff for make that type of statement.
- MMMonaSep 9, 20251.0Currently going through the car wash as I type this 9/9/25 @8:41am . The young boy at the front window is mad because everyone received coupons in the mail. He goes to say to his coworker “WE AIN’T MAKING NO MONEY” as if you all aren’t advertising “CUSTOMER APPRECIATION WEEK” with a big hot air balloon on the side of the road. I’ll never give my money to this place. Foamworks on thomaston rd would never.
