I tried to call the customer service line and no one would tell me what was happening so I scheduled again. Now I got a text saying I should take it to a Bodyshop instead. All I wanted was a windshield replacement.

Arrived on time and had the pleasure of meeting employee Steven whom seemed very knowledgeable on the process. Dropped keys off and was told be about 1.5hrs. So we left to grab lunch. Maybe 45 min later we get the call that it's done. At this point we had a few errands to run but showed back up a few hours later and the car was ready. It's a 23 Camry XSE. I looked over everything with Steven and was extremely happy, couldn't even tell the windshield had been touched other then it was a brand new OEM windshield. Bottom line, Steven and Safelite took excellent care of us and would recommend! The Green's.
