They came to me in Dublin on the truck and I dropped the personal vehicle off at their shop. Both transactions went smoothly and they were able to finish both more quickly than I anticipated. They kept me informed on all the details throughout the entire process. Everyone I had interactions with was extremely professional and courteous. There was even a discrepancy with my insurance company and Steven got the issue sorted quickly. These guys are top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The girl i talked to...I told her I had a shop and garage so the rain coming in wouldn't affect them. Last night at 8:41pm I received an text that said due to rain they needed to know if I had a shop or garage and it said I needed to respond by 8:00pm. Really!!! I got the text at 8:41pm. So this morning after 30 mins trying to talk to someone instead of AI and automated mess.. yep they canceled it! Can't come until Monday! We have used them for our business and personal vehicles. No more!!! I'm canceling appointment. No more money from us. I called around (as you all should to) and for 400.00 cheaper through a local business. Goodbye Safelite! Have a person answer your phones!

No payment taken my scheduled and confirmed. The appt was cxld the day before the install. No call or text. If I make the appointment that way I should contacted that way as well. Then 2 days later they send a coupon for a discount. Safelight send the Coupon with the Cancellation email. Clearly a person is going to look for another company to do the work after u cxld. Would not recommend this company

Then they said “we can’t come to you you’ll have to come to the shop on this day at this time” so that another reschedule they did also i can’t drive my car with no windshield on the highway to get to them like come on do better we will NOT be using safelite again an once they did show up I had to take off work cause they said they would be here between 1pm-6pm welp they didn’t even show up to my house until 7 I missed a whole day of work just for them to be late and not show up on time then our technician was sexist towards me our experience with them has been awful truly
