- ABAnt BanksDec 26, 20252.0What happened to QT? Customer service is nearly non existent. You see customers standing at the counter but take no action. This has happened multiple times at this particular location. Big difference between Atlanta QTs and the new ones in Macon.

- JWJeremy WorthDec 21, 20251.0I rarely leave negative reviews... Every windshield washer tank at the pumps had brown dirty water in it which made your car dirtier than before you cleaned it. Inside the store multiple drink and coffee machines were out of order. The store wasn't stock very well and had a poor selection of fresh items. The bathrooms were horrible! The floors looked terrible you could see where urine and other stuff had been on the floor there and was wet that you had to step into to be able to get into a stall. You could tell they had previously overflowed and floor poorly cleaned. Most soap dispensers were empty so I don't know how employees are washing their hands and the trash cans were overflowing. This was by far one of the worst experiences i have had at a QT gas station and I travel pretty frequently.

- NNNeseeem NNov 13, 20251.0On November 13th at 12:41, I came to fill up on diesel, but the pump was not working and payment had to be made at the cashier. Inside, there was a slightly heavyset Black woman who was on the phone and completely ignoring customers. I waited for about 10 minutes trying to get diesel, but she kept talking and showed no concern that I was waiting and needed to move on. Unfortunately, this behavior is very unprofessional. I hope the management takes appropriate action regarding this matter.
