After inspecting my vehicle when I returned home I discovered that my tires had not been rebalanced or rotated. Also paid for an oil and filter change. Oil was changed but filter had not been replaced. Will never use this store again.

- WJWillmunndrikk JohnsonFeb 11, 20261.0I got a wheel alignment a day ago I left everything went good then noticed I couldn’t go past 40 mph without my traction control light blinking and having car jerking to the side. The next day I called to tell them about the problem and they agreed to made an another appointment so when I arrived I was telling them what my problem was and they said they’ll get me free wheel alignment blatantly ignoring the real problem I told them about after they was finished nobody came and gave any solutions he just parked my car and ran in the bay to avoid speaking with me. Very unprofessional and lazy and clearly don’t know what they’re doing I will not be visiting this establishment ever again. You’re better off going to engine express oil!!
