However, the leather passenger seat of my vehicle was damaged with a tear and a puncture (the technician apparently sat down in the seat with a screwdriver in his back pocket). I picked the vehicle up late on a Friday afternoon. I noticed the damage when I got into the vehicle the next morning. I called and spoke to them and emailed them pictures of the damage by request weeks ago. I have followed up several times after with absolutely no response.

I’ve been too patient with them & the insurance company and they both aren’t handling my car well. They tell me they will call me back and never call back. I’m still waiting on a call back.. my bumper looks like it’s about to fall off / too little but l they telling me I brought my car in like that & it’s my original bumper. Definitely did not. If it’s the original bumper, then why isn’t it fitting on my car the right way ? So over them and Progressive.
