He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the service, and made sure my car was handled with care. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with genuine expertise, but he definitely did. I left feeling confident that my vehicle was in great shape and that I’d been treated honestly and respectfully. I’ll definitely be returning for future service — and I highly recommend asking for Christopher Elkins if you want top-notch customer care

I was also on a time crunch to get my daughter from school at a certain time. I explained my situation and they got me in immediately. My car was stalling and I expected the worst, they went through and checked everything free of charge! They were honest and did not take advantage. I am so thankful, because I am in a tight financial situation and the integrity was refreshing. Turned out I had bad gas from a place in Macon and they helped me through how to fix it and it worked! I made it home safely and on time. Thanks!
