  Easy check in, great personel working there. Zack and William are very easy to work with. Vehicle was very clean. The young lady that checked me back in was very thorough. Great experience all around.

  I would not recommend them for your business rental needs. We were recommended by MOPAR to them for a rental while our vehicle was being warranty serviced. MOPAR provides a rental reimbursement under warranty but we have to pay up front which is fine. The terms and conditions on enterprises website states as business customers a business debit OR credit card can be used for payment and deposit. At 3PM the day before our rental we were called by Kayla Woulard to confirm our rental. She stated that the online legal terms and conditions were incorrect. The payment could be put on a business debit card but the deposit of $300 would have to be put on a major credit card. Okay fine. We drove over an hour to the Macon location to pick up our rental truck prepared with the terms set by Kayla. Upon arrival we are told that the ENTIRE amount of the rental and deposit needs to be put on the business credit card. This is a bait and switch tactic and in complete violation of what their legal terms and conditions say the requirements are. I would like to state my problem is not paying, my problem is their blatant lies regarding policies. Had they informed us properly on how things needed to be paid we would have been prepared upon arrival. Instead we wasted fuel, 3 hours of our day and company revenue not being able to work without a vehicle. To add insult to injury their customer service while in the branch was despicable. Management was argumentative and condescending rather than owning up to and apologizing for their errors. As business owners we understand mistakes happen but good customer service goes a long way. You should not be rude and inconsiderate to paying customers, especially ones who are referred by local car dealerships and major vehicle manufacturers for rentals as that could affect their future business referrals from said dealerships.

  Recently rented a Ford F250 and Zach was amazing 🤩 Not only did he work with me to get the best deal with the mileage at lease he continued to help me get a great deal after I returned the truck to avoid additional fees. I really appreciate how polite and professional he was as well has his willingness to go above and beyond to give me the best experience.
