  Very good experience at the Riverside location. Zach did a fantastic job of accommodating my pickup, and the return was a breeze.

  Beware of this crooked location. Rented a truck here, finished using it and returned it. Checked out by the worker there and all was good, bill for $220 or whatever went through. End of transaction, right? NOPE About three weeks later, a $500+ charge shows up on my cc. I contact enterprise corporate who look into it and say the charge only has MISC next to it, which is odd. Usually if charging for damage (there was none, I took before and after video), it would be noted. Corporate said the location would contact me. I waited a day and no one contacted me so I contacted the location. The worker there says there is no note as to why the charge was put through then gave me some malarkey about they didn’t do anything and it was corporate who processed that $500 charge. I explained that I had already spoken to corporate and the guy got rude with me. Said he would contact corporate and get back to me. Naturally, after a few days, there was no contact. Once again I contacted corporate and explained what the clerk at the location said. Corporate reemphasized that they do no do billing and it was the location who was responsible for the charge. They then said they would escalate this and a regional manager would contact me. Again, no one ever tried to contact me. After a few days I disputed this charge with my cc. Contacted corporate once more just to tell them I had disputed the charge and they simply said ok and they would put that in the file. I tried to file a police report online but the macon police/sheriff online reporting is consistently down and I don’t have time to go up there and waste a few hours. Also, I really doubt macon pd would do anything. I did, however, send a lengthy summary of events to my cc and hopefully they will take it more seriously. Side bonus: Made my reservation online days in advance. They called me right at close the evening before my pickup. I was busy so they left a vm telling me they did not have the truck I had reserved. Got in touch with them and ended up having to take a bigger truck which was a huge pita due to the size and location I was picking stuff up from. Update: Coincidentally, shortly after posting this review, I received an email from enterprise collections telling me I owe them the above mentioned monies and I could be negatively affected.

  The only reason I am giving such a high rating is because my first rental was a GREAT experience. This latest experience was the polar opposite. I recently reserved a cargo van 8 days in advance. Two days prior to my pick up date, I received a call from an employee who stated he was unsure if a van would be available for me. Their inventory was depleted due to Amazon and FedEx rentals. I was told that one of these companies "was scheduled to return vans prior to my pickup date" but he wasn't sure if they would return them or not....It wasn't until the following day, the day prior to my pick up date that I was told there were no vans available. They offered me a pick up truck but my needs required a cargo van. Whether true or not, the optics are that long term fleet rentals by companies take priority over a two day rental. If this is the case, DON'T ALLOW ME TO MAKE A RESERVATION IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE PRODUCT I AM REQUESTING!!! No harm. No foul. I would have simply sought out another solution. Enterprise Truck Rentals put me in a horrible position at the 11th hour. Please improve your reservation process.
