I was one of two people in at the time and i received my agent@s complete attention. She received assistance from the other agents who were not with a customer. When I returned the vehicle, the agent recognized me and our conversation from that morning. I was met halfway at the door (im elderly and a bit slow), she asked if she could take the keys and check the car back in very politely. She asjed me to have a seat and she’ll be right back. She was back in a flash, let me know that all was well and told me what I should expect to see on my card. Calling me by name, she wished me a great day adking me ti be safe abd stay warm. I am convinced the entire team was happy to assist me.
