I went to the office and spoke to Sierra at first, she told me what to do, I applied online and ordered my reservation in advance. I checked into the office when I had questions, I let them know when I needed to extend another day, I let them know if I was going to be late. They professionally informed me on Enterprise policies and procedures, they explain to me in detail how everything worked with an extension or being late, they answered any detailed questions that I needed before and after the rental agreement. They put my mind at ease regarding the E-ZPass and inform me of the details on that matter, that it comes from the corporate office and they will contact me when the tolls service contact them. I was given the opportunity to put more gas in the car, or pay the additional fees, to replace the gas where the gauge should be. Signing in was very easy, but it was very busy and I watched the gentlemen and ladies do their work in such a kind, professional and smooth way that every every customer was taken care of that day before closing. After, closing hours others still were coming in. ... So, all in all, I have no complaints. I look forward to renting another car soon, the gentleman and the ladies professionalism of knowing the policies and procedures of enterprise makes the difference when detailed questions comes up.
