This is misleading and unacceptable. Customers should not be surprised with fees after the fact. I do not recommend Enterprise.

- BPBarry PichetteDec 7, 20251.0Arrived to pickup my rental car only to find the car had an expired NY registration, inspection and front plate. Went to the back and found a Georgia plate! Since I was driving to NY, I asked them to remove the NY plate. Started on our trip and realized the car wasn't cleaned. Sticky crap on the doors and elsewhere. An hour later, my wife started swatting at ANTS! A lot of ants and they were coming right out of the dash. A few climbed on me, but my wife had bites everywhere. Tried as best we could and made it well into Virginia. As we drove into town, I noticed an Enterprise office, so I called Jersey the assistant manager in Macon and told her we needed a different car from the local office. After several calls, she coordinated my request. The rest of the trip went without incident. She also said I would hear from her after we switched cars, and when we returned it in NY. Never heard from her after the return. Based on the multiple issues we encountered, I won't do business with the Macon office moving forward and I don't recommend them. They should be ashamed of renting that car to me!!
