Frankly, everyone I spoke with were extremely polite and professional. I had to get a rental because my car was in the body shop. Even with the usual insurance communication lags etc.the team at this Enterprise office kept me informed and assisted me with making sure things were ok with the rental, even when the insurance communication was lacking. At this point, I really don't want to use any other car rental company. This was a great experience, from beginning to end.

The driver said the car brakes did respond as well as they should. We drove the car for what we needed for then returned it. The staff not professional. The office is dirty. Simply don't pay attention to those two things and test the brakes on the car and bingo you got a car to rent.
