It would not crank up the next day. Had several long and unhelpful conversations with roadside and the local office. Ended up having them tow away the car and cancel the rest of my contract.

I’ve met a lot of the staff that have moved on to better positions in the company as well. Not sure who’s training these amazing people, but they definitely need a raise. - TTTbih0784Oct 24, 20251.0The customer needs is terrible, extremely bad! The employees do not greet the customers upon entrance. Upon entering, there's this foul odor. The vehicles are not cleaned upon pickup and are not fully gassed but they expect a full tank upon return. Customer service is extremely deplorable and the employees "seem" busy, so as to avoid customers. There's more but retrain, clean, and re-staff! The employees are in a customer service based business with no customer service experience! Ugh, do better!
