- CGChristian GutierrezJan 20, 20261.0Terrible service , I went in today 1-20-2026 at 4:30 am to pump gas, I walked over to the door and they were locked even tho there were 2 workers there, I knocked on the window they have outside by the register & asked one of them through the hole on the glass that I needed to pump $20 and proceeded to to hand the $20 through the slot, the worker literally said that he can’t do it and walked away to keep conversations with the other guy, I drove about less than 5 minutes down the street to the other racetrac on south Cobb Dr, and they were open and servicing customers needs, my question is, is the employee the problem or does it fall on management for them to not want to serve customers ?
