  Bro I was just tryna get a lighter and whoever was there January 11 2026 at 8:09am the manager definitely needs make sure she's less damn rude, I was looking at the lighters and she was like what can I get for you while I'm looking I say I'm just get a lighter and while I'm clearly still looking she scans a different one and charges me and thinks I'm just gonna walk out without choosing the lighter I want, then I ask is it okay if I choose the one I want and she goes rudely and makes rude hand gestures putting her hands down in a rude way then nodding sarcasticly saying yeah but I got a line behind you, I walked away after choosing the lighter I want, but in my mind I'm thinking okay you also have other registers , and at the same time it shouldn't matter if you have a line I'm a paying. Customer same as everyone else, also there was literally one person behind me and I knew he just got there cause I saw him when he walked up thru the mirror, if I could give less stars I would but it's just like man treat people with respect and people wouldn't have to take time out their day to make something like this, that was just honestly really rude, I had to say something because she clearly wasn't trained properly never had anyone ever be that rude at a racetrack which is crazy bcz you never expect it from a racetrack of all places but yeah this lady definitely messed up my morning, definitely needs to learn to not bring her at home problems to work , it's pathetic fr but some people just weren't raised right sadly,& I do think about deleting this review every day, but then I remember how good my morning was and how quick she ruined it, and I just feel it's best to have hope they fix it and nobody has to deal with any negativity like this, there's many jobs in the world a cashier is one where your lost in touch with the human world who knows how many people she sees a day, definitely can atleast have the decency to not be sarcastic or rude, making meme feel bad for wanting their own choice

  The customer service here is hands down 10/10. I love all the staff/cashiers. Always welcome you in when you enter the store, always smiling, friendly, and go above and beyond with their customers. Corey who is GM of the store is amazing too, friendly, always has a conversation. His store is always so clean, and very well stocked with everything you need. 5 stars for sure
