    I have had some very special rentals at the Mableton Parkway location. My first Mustang convertible and when I had a very special formal date, they put me in a beautiful Ford F150 King Ranch that was soooo nice that I didn’t want to return it. I tend to extend quite a large number of my rentals especially when I enjoy driving a very special vehicle. I have only rented from Enterprise in the last two decades.

    From my online reservation to pick up, the rental process was seamless. However, the best part of this rental process was the customer service. Spencer was nice and personable. I also appreciated how he called me following my after-hours return. This type of personal customer service is something that is lacking many places and I am glad to receive it here. I would definitely go back to this location.

    The current staff has been great. I have rented several times and each time I was assisted by the assistant manager. I do not have his card in front of me and do not want to disrespect him by butchering his name. It starts with a J. I should have waited until I was back and able to access his card. Please acknowledge him for me. He is the reason I continue to rent from Enterprise. He singlehandedly restored my faith in Enterprise. This young man deserves some type of recognition, bonus, raise or something beyond a good old "atta boy". Let's step outside the pat on the back and truly recognize this outstanding employee. He is willing to put customers first. I hate that I do not know his name. I want to say it's Jumanne. Let him know if I spelled it wrong it was not intentional. His name needed to be included in this response. Jumanne keep up the great work. Customer care is the backbone of every company. Enterprise you understand customer retention is vital. Well I will say again just incase you missed it. Jumanne saved me as a customer.
