Sent my son to this store that I’ve trusted for a wheel alignment, he left and went to downtown Atlanta and caused a traffic jam because he had a wheel hop that could’ve killed my son, thank you Jesus it didn’t. I’m not trying to stop this companies business but I really want you all to be very careful of doing anything major outside of getting some new tires. God Speed.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely, 100% would. This was the most unprofessional experience i’ve ever had with an auto place in my life. Long story short I needed a tire and spoke over the phone with someone who was very kind and even was able to give me a discounted price. The next day, I called to confirm the price I would be paying because I know a lot of auto places like to say one thing over the phone and something else in person. The price was indeed different, however, the lady I spoke to kindly explained to me that the price I was told prior was before labor and tire disposal. So I thought that was the end of that. Well then someone named Rob called me again & was asking me if i’m coming in for my appointment at 3pm and said verbatim, “Are you still coming in?” Like sir who are you talking to? That is not how you speak to customers over the phone or in any setting/situation. Again, I asked the price and the man was saying a price totally different from what the two people I spoke to prior had said. I explained this to him and then I hear the lady who I spoke with earlier say something to him. I ended up hanging up on him because he was yelling at her/ in my ear over the phone. I even asked him if he was okay because the yelling and intonation he was using was very uncalled for.
After this situation I really didn’t want to go there at all and I ended up calling a different location. This location then stated that I had just spoken with the former location and proceeded to tell ME what I spoke to the OTHER LOCATION about. How would they have known that? Were they speaking on me to different locations? I ended up having to speak with corporate because there was ultimately a lot of confusion on what I was to pay and also the customer service was horrible, I did not want to be serviced at the Tara Boulevard location. Corporate ended up telling me the same thing the lady told me. That is where the interaction should’ve ended, with me speaking to the lady to confirm my pricing. The called that was made to ME, unprovoked and in a very hostile manner was unnecessary and unprofessional.
I went in to get the tire installed and the security officer gets up as I walk in and asks me about my windshield wipers that I needed from the LAST time I was there MONTHS ago. Mind you, I never met this man a day in my life and he’s talking to me about a conversation I had with someone else from a prior experience months prior. Then the man who I spoke to the first time i’d been there comes out and begins asking me if I had a good Christmas and asking if Santa gave me what I wanted. I am 23 years old, why are you asking me about Christmas and Santa? They were very passive aggressive and trying to force conversation and intimidate me in some way by trying to let me know that they were talking about me, not just at this store but at the other location(s)(?) as well. I did end up speaking to corporate a second time and filing a formal complaint. I will not be going back to this location or any other Mavis locations. I felt to give my review/experience because who knows how many other people they’ve spoken to in such a condescending manner. I am a customer who needs a service. I don’t ask for you to speak to me, force small talk with me, or anything else. I ask that you do the necessary services I need so that I can go on about my life and that’s all.
