  Been going to this place for a while decided to go get the 30$ Premium wash before going on a trip. Before I even pull onto the tracks I’m guiding myself because the Employee (Girl with AirPods in and on her phone) Was just holding up her hands and just looking back at her phone or off into space causing me not to be center and jerking my wheel, so great start they admit they don’t spray your car to breakdown bugs or Brush (Only if asked) I’d expect with a 30$ wash to at least spray my car down like they used to always do. But anyways I’m wiping off bugs on the front of my car and have a crack in my clear coat. I went and made a claim the employee even admitted any cars before 2017 (2015) they will straight up Decline it and I was declined. I was told a manager was going to call me about the incident. Fast forward a week No call, My claim is said to be “Mechanical Failure”. I went to talk to their Assistant GM Great Guy but clearly nobody cares about the fact if your car gets messed up they won’t take accountability and rather blame US. The guy told me to email them back so we will see about how they respond most likely doubling down on their response also the “Towels” are all wet and dirty, Vaccums are the only part that actually work. Enjoyed this place until this experience. Not going to be coming back anytime soon. This place needs New management or to be more inclusive on caring about customers cars. Especially when I can get the premium wash down the road for 4$ cheaper and not have to wipe as many Bugs off. I paid 30$ and got damage back, Thanks for ruining my car and being Nonchalant about blaming the driver. Obviously not a scratch I know but my car never had this as I pretty much clean my car every 2 weeks due to where I work (I park in a regular parking lot)

  I’m honestly frustrated and pretty disgusted with the level of customer service at this Zip Car Wash location. I came in asking about a membership, and the employee basically brushed me off and said she couldn’t help me no explanation, no alternatives, nothing. Then she told me the only thing she could offer was the basic wash. When I tried to understand my options, she gave zero effort to actually assist. She seemed completely disengaged and out of it. It didn’t stop there. I politely asked for help folding one of my side mirrors before entering the wash (which is a pretty normal request), and she straight up told me that was “my problem.” That’s not just unhelpful that’s rude. Then, when I was entering the wash lane, the employee who’s supposed to guide you onto the track was just on his phone, not paying attention at all. That’s not only poor service it’s a safety issue. Overall, this was a terrible experience. No professionalism, no basic courtesy, and no attention to customer safety. I will not be coming back.

  Don’t recommend. Not a good place to get your car washed. Even the prewash person is super lackluster with spraying the car. Wish you could give 0 stars. Expect a little more for a $12 car wash

  I want to like this location so much because it is 4 mins from my house however, this location lacks the amenities that other car washes and ZIPS location have. My final straw was not providing towels. I even asked the manager and he simply said, “we are not providing towels at this time”
