  We had rented a premium SUV through the Enterprise App. We thought everything was set. They called and left us a message the night before 15 minutes before every rental place was closing to tell us they could not fulfill our SUV request. Said we would have to drive an hour away to get the vehicle we requested at the airport. This was very disappointing and they shouldn't advertise premium vehicles at this location online if they can't fulfill request. We showed up at 8am to see what could be figured out and they basically told us tough luck and offered us a minivan. Very poor communication and customer service. Hertz was able to fulfill our request same day.

  I am a planner and appreciate BOTH folks that initially helped me, meaning the two times I called and was assured "with my reservation, just show up and take off" Flawless exchange both times, car was fancy to my standards but easy to drive. Wild the car tells you " hey take a break " Would do again ; > ]

  Had a terrible experience with this location. We rented a car well in advance. Upon pickup, we were told that there is no car for us, despite a confirmed booking. The employee said there was a 7 seater on the lot, but that someone was picking it up the next morning. This did not make sense to me, since we had a booking reserved for a 7 seater, and we were already at the location. Manager said we couldn’t take that 7 seater and did not offer us any other solutions other than downgrading the car to a 5 seater, which would not have worked. They tried to state they called us to let us know about this unavailability, but no text, email or voicemails were received. Would not recommend.

  Recently had someone hit my car and leased a vehicle from this location while it was being repaired. Was told by the Mgr that I would get a 'cross-over' SUV. Upon arriving they actually offered a much larger vehicle but it would not have fit into our garage. Then was given a Dodge Durango. This vehicle was a rag. It was dirty (they merely squirted it off.) It had food, jewelry, coins, and dried things all over the inside and the windows looked as if they had mildew on them. It was a 2024 model with over 67,000 miles on it. The worst was that it would not stay in gear and would slip down into 2nd gear while you are driving. The outside paint had started oxidizing and there were dings all over the entire car. This car should have been taken off the leasing program loooong ago. Went back to dealer a few days later and they said 'they didn't have anything else'. I don't know if he was upset that he could not lease the Large vehicle (since WE were not being charged) and had to give us something smaller or what. Upon first contact this was NOT the vehicle that he had promised to give us. Bad experience all the way around. Now have rec'd reply from the "Owner" giving me a link to continue the conversation. LOL. Guess what? the link goes to a page and says it 'error' page can not be found' Am I surprised? Ok, the person I dealt with was Lee, the Manager. Christina, call him and talk to HIM. RA # 2WB5WG 3/30- 4/10 we had to drive this hunk of junk. Actually someone called today to tell me that they had 'received' the return of the car. LOL. But this was done LAST Friday. I told him I had already left my review publicly.

  Excellent! The absolute BEST Enterprise. Check out took less than 10 minutes. Nick had amazing customer service. He was friendly. I will most definitely be driving 40 minutes to this Enterprise. Conyers is second place. Covington, GA - horrible. Lithonia- Great but is topped by Loganville and Conyers.
