Their towels don’t smell clean (literally smelt like sweat). They also did away with spray bottles, now have dispensers that spray all over the place and ruined my boyfriend new sweatshirt!! Stains that we haven’t been able to remove and stained his hands!! Will not be using zips moving forward.

My car was rear ended while I was on the belt....mangement never ask me was I ok..just stated he was not liable...my car was damaged...besides that..there were residue of soap that was not rinsed good...now I know why I stop going...lesson learned...never again...step up your customer service!!!!!
