    On October 4th 2025, I went to Zips car wash in Loganville to wash my car and I paid $24 to have my car washed and hot waxed. After leaving I noticed during the day that my car was not throughly washed and was still dirty and the bird pop were still present as you can see in the pictures. I immediately went online to submit a claim. The following morning, I drove back to the car wash and upon arrival, I met with TALIK and so I explained my situation to him. He decided NOT to rewash my car. Which is a bad customer experience because he disregarded my request for a rewash and dismissed me with no empathy and lack of concern. I asked to speak with the manager and he said that the manager was not around. Now I want everyone to be aware and mindful of this act. If the car wash had throughly washed my car in the first round, then I wouldn’t have went back to ask for a rewash. I am still waiting for someone to reach out to me from Zip car wash to fix this situation. I have been going to Zip car wash in Loganville Georgia since it opened and I have not had any issues until this time. Please don’t treat your existing customers like their concerns about their car don’t matter. Please do better

    I'm a member at this car wash, and I really like the convenience. I pay a monthly fee and can wash my car as many times as I want. They always do a good job on the exterior, and I use the vacuum station to clean the inside myself. Quick, easy, and worth it!
