After tightening the posts by hand, a gentleman suggested I stop at Valvoline to tighten it. I asked employee Brayden & repeated multiple times that I installed the battery but didn't tighten the posts & asked if I could borrow a tool or if he could tighten it. He spoke to another guy & after waiting 5 mins or more while several employees had a discussion but not working, I felt disrespected, ignored & then left. I traveled up the street to Mavis Tires in Loganville where they happily & quickly tightened my battery posts at no charge. Needless to say the disappointment was on my face as your employees at Valvoline noticed me let my hood down & drive away but never attempted to look at me to assist me. Shameful!

It not only was hugely inefficient making it take far longer for every customer, but they weren’t sure what had been done on each vehicle because they were all running from car to car. I didn’t receive a sticker to let me know when to come back (thank goodness I’m intelligent enough to not need it) I had to ask if they had put the oil filter back on my car because the person who took it off never came back. I have been concerned since I left the something will go wrong with my car at how incompetent the staff seemed. $116 for something that took an hour, and had me more scared than satisfied.
