Several of the standard checks were not completed, yet I was told my service was finished and they opened the door to send me on my way. I had to stop and ask what had actually been done, which seemed to irritate the staff member assisting me. It then became clear that many of the checks included with the service had not been performed, resulting in the process taking even longer. The oil change was not complimentary, and I believe there is an obligation to complete the service properly the first time. Overall, it was not an enjoyable experience.
