- MJM JDec 14, 20251.0This place is not how it used to be at all. Under the previous manager, it was fine. Now, I feel compelled to warn others about a serious decline. The new General Manager (there on weekdays) sets a terrible example. I've seen her multiple times on personal FaceTime calls while cashing customers out—once even holding the phone to her ear with no headset. It's unprofessional, shows a lack of focus, and makes you question security. More alarmingly, the safety environment has deteriorated. If you go in the evening, be very aware of your surroundings. There is now a consistent and large homeless presence. Again tonight, a couple has been stationed outside with a cardboard sign claiming their car ran out of gas. They are there so frequently it's clearly a sustained scam, not a one-time emergency. The combination of distracted, unprofessional management at the register and a increasingly concerning atmosphere outside is unacceptable. I cannot recommend visiting, especially after dark. The trusted establishment that was here before is gone.
