- MTMaryah T4 days ago1.0I was pulled in at 1pm i sat there patiently waiting a man then came and parked next to me and sat for about 10 minutes and then he complained about the wait time and she started on his car before even looking at mines when i had been sitting there for 30 minutes. when i originally called it said first come first serve yet i was not serviced. I sat there for 30 minutes with no one look at my car and i had to leave because i had work and there was no apology or anything very rude and distasteful. go to a better location !

After 30 minutes of frustration, I packed everything up and drove to Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers. Armin and his crew were awesome. I didn’t even leave my car! Armin was my service technician and he was such a polite young man! I actually stopped by on Tuesday just to get a quote for the oil change and he told me about a coupon online that I could use towards my service. They changed my oil filter, checked my lights for me, and refilled my windshield washer fluid. With a $15 coupon, I paid $105 for full synthetic oil in a 14 year old SUV with 250,000+ miles on it. A very pleasant experience from start to finish, and now I feel much better about going out of town this weekend!
