  Awful awful service. I was told I couldn't leave my car over the weekend as people all around me unloaded their beach gear, work gear, kids and toys. Clearly racially motivated. On top of that the attitude is awful from the lot guy and the front desk girl. Just sad that enterprise has some locations that go out of their way to help. Then you have locations like commerce Street loganville, ga. Absolute trash people and they are making the brand even worse.

  Go anywhere but here. Very poorly ran business. I attempted to rent a car from here two different occasions. Both times had someone drop me off there only to find out they do not have a car for me even tho I received a confirmation. Worst customer service.

  When I first entered the establishment. I was greeted with a warm smile and the greeting of the day they were very professional and the manager was very nice polite and very professional and the entire staff was awesome. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family, great team and great customer service

  To begin with I am a 73 year old woman, and I have never been treated with such disrespect at a business or otherwise.I reserved a car for October 17Th. I had scheduled for them to pick me up at 9:30am. I set on my front porch waiting until 10. They never showed up. I called and was put on hold for 15 minutes.I got my neighbor to take me to enterprise. When I walked in and I told them that they were supposed to pick me up, Rudy, who is supposed to be one of the managers was very nonchalant. He said that he had a lobby full of people. I felt that someone should have at least called me to let me know they weren’t coming. They were finishing up with a customer, and I walked straight up to the counter so it wasn’t that they were busy. Rudy proceeded to check me in, and said that the car was on hold. I could see the car in the parking lot, so I ask him why it was on hold and he said it had just been cleaned and not released yet. I sat there for a few minutes and then they told me to come outside where the car was. So I’m standing there with a man named Oscar. We stood there for five minutes and then he said he had to go in for a minute. He didn’t come back for several minutes, so I went inside. So it’s getting close to 1030 or 1045 by now. They asked me how I wanted to pay. The price that was given to me when I reserved the car was $49 and some change. So I told him I would pay with my debit card. Rudy said that the total would be $348. I had to make him repeat it twice because no one had told me there was a deposit when I reserved the car. I told him that was fine, I had the money, but no one had told me about the deposit so could he tell me what that was for. He said it was because of any damage or if I returned the car late, they would take it out of that money. I then told Rudy that I had added full coverage insurance and wouldn’t that cover any damage. Then he just kind of brushed it off. So I told him that I was beginning to be uncomfortable because first they didn’t pick me up, then they didn’t tell me about the deposit, then they didn’t add on the insurance and if I had not caught that I would have been in their car with no insurance. I told them that the way they had treated me was stupid, and Rudy told me that I said stupid and that was a cuss word and I had disrespected him and his employees so he refused to rent to me. I do not use bad language. I told him that if I had disrespected him, I apologized but I really needed a car and could we please start over and he said no because I had cussed at him by saying stupid. So now it is 11:30 I had to call my friend to come back and pick me up. I guess because they are busy, Rudy, being a manager, thinks he can treat people with disrespect. I will never use Enterprise nor will I recommend them to anyone. I will tell anyone that will listen to me how I was treated.

  NOT THE GUY THAT TYPICALLY DOES THIS BUT ZERO STARS! ENTERPRISE IS FOCUSED ON SALES AND NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. BOOKED A VAN ONLINE AT A BRANCH AND THEY CALLED AND SAID IT WASN'T AVAILABLE. So called back to Enterprise and they said they could book me at the Loganville branch. I show up at my scheduled time only to find out there is no van there which I needed for an event I had scheduled. They gave me a car to drive to Athens Branch because they had one. Said go there and they will have it ready no problems. I get there and the van is not ready and now I am stuck at thay branch. IF YOU NEED A PASSENGER VAN DON'T USE THEM.
