I told Ryan the manager in a business tone that putting fees in fine print was a sucky policy. After Uber in to enterprise, I found it was cheaper to stay there instead of Uber eat all the way to Snellville to pick up from a different company I went back in and Ryan said he refused to rent to me because I disrespected them when I said they sucked. I fully believe that fees or anything in fine. Print is a sucky policy. And Ryan's refusal to rent to me even though I never argued or raised, my voice cost me a lot of money and I will never go there again. Read the fine print and read the reviews. Ryan doesn't deserve the job he has.

Received a call as I was on my way to pick up the Grand Wagoneer( I reserved it 2 weeks ago) to let me know it was not there. We literally leave for the trip in hours with a car load and they offer a vehicle that can't accommodate us. Poor customer service! Especially, calling 5 minutes before pick-up. Enterprise, you need to do better and you just lost a ton of business.

Clearly racially motivated. On top of that the attitude is awful from the lot guy and the front desk girl. Just sad that enterprise has some locations that go out of their way to help. Then you have locations like commerce Street loganville, ga. Absolute trash people and they are making the brand even worse.
