I told him exactly what we needed, and he even asked whether we wanted vented or non-vented rotors. We clearly said vented. We got everything and went out to the truck, where my husband opened the rotor box—non-vented rotors. He took them back inside and told the guy. The employee admitted he knew they were non-vented and said he didn’t have the vented ones; he just wanted to make the sale. Beware. Always check your parts.

We simply asked the guy to have our oil dumb but clearly wants to be a smart ass and totally disrespect me and my brother. Talking about the oil tank is full. When I clearly went in the afternoon at 12-1p. NOT ONCE HE DOESNT HAVE A NAME TAG ON HIM PERSONAL. have already submitted a complaint to corporate. Im never gonna come to this autozone ever again.
