When he was done, he apologized for my wait! He got my items out to me very quickly and seeing that I ordered rotors, he packed them on a cart and told me if I show him which vehicle I’m in, he’d be glad to bring them to the vehicle for me. I’ve ordered rotors from another store before, and they did not offer to help bring them out. I struggled with them, and another customer offered to help me!! So I was very pleasantly surprised when this employee offered without hesitation. Awesome customer service at this location.

I went to return an alternator I had purchased online last year, which was still under warranty. To my surprise, I was charged for the “core.” When I asked why, the store manager himself, the person who was assisting me, began yelling at me and treating me with shocking disrespect. As a woman, I was left humiliated and shaken. Another gentleman who was standing behind me even intervened, trying to explain to the manager that he was mistaken. But instead of correcting the situation, the manager Jesse, visibly upset, simply walked away from the counter even using foul language. Im in shock. I cannot begin to explain how painful and degrading this moment was for me. I am still trembling from the nerves as I write this. In the end, I paid the “core” charge even though I knew it was not correct. This kind of behavior should never been tolerated.
