    I placed a pick up order for brakes and rotors. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted, even though the employee was still assisting another customer. When he was done, he apologized for my wait! He got my items out to me very quickly and seeing that I ordered rotors, he packed them on a cart and told me if I show him which vehicle I’m in, he’d be glad to bring them to the vehicle for me. I’ve ordered rotors from another store before, and they did not offer to help bring them out. I struggled with them, and another customer offered to help me!! So I was very pleasantly surprised when this employee offered without hesitation. Awesome customer service at this location.

    I'm writing to share what has truly been the worst experience of my life. I went to return an alternator I had purchased online last year, which was still under warranty. To my surprise, I was charged for the “core.” When I asked why, the store manager himself, the person who was assisting me, began yelling at me and treating me with shocking disrespect. As a woman, I was left humiliated and shaken. Another gentleman who was standing behind me even intervened, trying to explain to the manager that he was mistaken. But instead of correcting the situation, the manager Jesse, visibly upset, simply walked away from the counter even using foul language. Im in shock. I cannot begin to explain how painful and degrading this moment was for me. I am still trembling from the nerves as I write this. In the end, I paid the “core” charge even though I knew it was not correct. This kind of behavior should never been tolerated.

    "Bad service at this location. I went in with my check engine light on, and the sign outside advertised a free check engine light test. The salesperson wasn’t interested in listening or helping. When I asked for the test, he came out with his device, read out a code I didn’t understand, and told me to Google it myself. Very disappointing. I immediately went to the Snellville location, where Store Manager Miss Patel helped me right away and got my problem fixed. Excellent service from her!"

    It never seems to fail that if your car is going to not stat it’s going to happen at night. Last night around 7:45 my 2018 Nissan Kicks wouldn’t do anything when I pushed the start button. First time since I bought it off the showroom floor. It’s has 37,000 miles on it so breakdowns aren’t expected. I was able to get it jump started. I looked up Advanced Auto Parts in Loganville since my wife and I had previously had great experiences there in our hour of need. Last night when I pulled up to the front door there was a young man at the counter. When I walked in he greeted me with a sincere smile and asked what he could do to help me. I asked if he could check my battery. He grabbed whatever it is that he needed to check the battery. When he got the results he said I’m sorry but your battery is done. We went inside he asked the information that he needed to check the inventory. He said that he had one in stock. He reviewed the lifespan of the new battery with me. He explained that it was a Die-hard battery well known with a fantastic reputation. We did the sale on the register. He said let me grab the tools I need to replace your old battery and we’ll get you back on the road. As we walked out to my Car I asked him his name Sean he said. The installation was smooth and quick. He smiled as he closed the hood and thanked me for coming to Advanced Auto. All this at closing time. I never would have known that it was the end of his day or night I should say. His customer service was world class service. Obviously the store manager did their best at hiring him. That’s an impressive example of why I’ll always go to Advanced Auto Parts Loganville for any and all of my auto parts and care needs.
