I purchased a dump trailer from another location that closed down and need a MCO that I never received. Contacted multiple people trying to get this resolved before Jeff was tagged in a email about what was going on. Within 7 days he had a MCO for me and overnighted it to me. Very prompt and kept me updated along the way. Could not ask for better customer service. Reach out to another big Tex location that wanted to charge me $150 to have one sent to me before I tried getting in touch with the manufacturer. So again Jeff thank you for being so professional and going above and beyond. This speaks highly of you and your company.
