- RGRicory GreenApr 13, 20261.0I’m writing this review on my experience at this quiktrip location on 4/11-4/12 of this year. I visited this location in the early morning hours after a 2 Hour Drive from Columbus, Georgia. Came in to grab coffe and pay for my fuel to finish my trip home. Upon entering I observed a staff member re-stocking the coffee station while simultaneously observing that the cold brew dispensers appeared to be out of order. When I asked the staff member (Phillis S) if they would be back up soon she gave a smart remark and responded in an agitated manner. When I asked what the problem was she stated that customers or annoying. (Not to mention she didn’t greet me or any of the other customers that walked in) Now I’m not sure if this behavior is quiktrip policy but I don’t think it’s a good idea to have staff members who think that the customers are ANNOYING. Especially one who is bold enough to verbalize to a paying customer. She also stated that she was just starting her shift so I can only imagine the uncomfortable environment she created for the customers after me. I love quiktrip for their great customer service, convenience and low fuel prices but I will definitely be avoiding this location. I wouldn’t want to cross paths with Phillis S again.
- MGMichael GreenApr 2, 20263.0I go here all the time and but slices of pizza which are hooked up and amazing. Today I went in and through the kiosk, I ordered 2 large pizzas.. I should have looked at them before I left because both of them have 4inches of crust all the way around the pizza.
