  Fixed my car quick and didn’t try to scam me. Another shop told me it was something major, but they checked it, found the real issue, and tightened the splash shield. Super helpful and honest. I’ll definitely come back !

  I’ve been coming here to get my oil change for years. I came on Monday October 20, 2025 and there were two men working that I’ve never seen before Mike and John. It took longer than usual to get my oil changed but that’s no big. I was a little surprised that they didn’t show me my air filter or give me a list of recommended services which really wasn’t a big deal either but very strange. But the problem was following day I got a notification that my engine oil was low. I have never seen this notification on my car ever. I came back the following morning and my car had no oil in it.Brandi and Eric fixed it. Initially I was planning to never return but in the future if I don’t see Brandi or Eric I will not allow my car to be serviced here.

  I have gotten all my emissions here for many years and today was a miserable experience. I felt lucky that only one car was ahead of me and was wrapping it up. I pulled right in which was promising for a quick test. I sat in the dock for 20 minutes before the hood was even lifted. I asked if the machine was broken. He said no. I asked if I should come back? He replied, no, I'm going to start now, pop your hood. It took a while but I'm pretty patient and at least it wouldn't be long now that he started. I was wrong. He kept walking away to help other employees. Various things. Kept walking out to other cars, talking to everyone, etc. I was getting annoyed at this point and well deserve at this point. He kept walking back and forth, very slowly inserting all the information into the machine. Then, he'd go talk to someone else and even took a phone call on his earbuds. I finally asked another worker if my car was almost done. He had a look of empathy for me and said he should be. Ok its been 45 minutes at this point. He walks over to the other guy I was talking to and tried to get him to touch a toy he had in his hands that would shock him. He kept asking him to touch it, touch it. I finally say, hey are we done? This has been the longest emissions I've ever had here. He seems offended even though I had a calm and even voice. The most disappointing service visit. I was told it was under new management as of yesterday. My advice, talk to your mechanic so that you will get repeat customers.
