- ALAntoine Lee2 days ago5.0I'm from Michigan and I was in Georgia for the weekend needed a oil change after adding oil to my car and it was smoking. I went to speedee to get an oil change. The assistant manager Tiffany and the guy working Brandon help me out and I can't truly thank them enough because I thought something was really wrong with my car the way it was smoking out the exhaust. After talking to a mobile mechanic with Tiffany and I explain my situation and he explained that nothing was wrong as long as my car is not running hot it was good. This place is phenomenal they're helpful and a customer service skills are great. I can't thank them enough.

Another time I came by here to get my tires rotated but I was told that they were unable to do so because apparently the staff takes shop tools home and doesn't return them. (I do understand that some mechanics bring their own tools to use.) I don't understand how they can keep up with all of their stuff when the place is such a mess. Must cost them a lot of business if they don't have the basic tools required to get these jobs done.
