  Dealt with a tech named Tyler, huge smile on his face, extremely polite nice and helpful! 100% recommend! I will most definitely be going back whether it’s out of my way or not! Hard to find good customer service these days, and I must say I was blown away!

  Bernard was awesome! Every year on my birthday week for some reason every emissions is closed. Bernard was the only manager on duty and the only one who could do the emissions. When I drove up, he said sorry ma’am our emissions is closed today. I said disappointingly, “Why are they always closed on my birthday?” He said, “ma’am if you could wait a few minutes, I’ll take care of you.” And he did. Thank you thank you! This is why I keep coming back!

  I went to get an oil change and air in my tires. Chaz, Niko and Tyler helped me and were very professional! Unfortunately for my situation I need a new drain plug, Niko offered to order it for me and helped me understand the situation better. While the part is being ordered, he offered to top my car off with oil because it was very low. Thank you guys so much! Yall are awesome. 10/10 definitely recommend coming here for any of your car needs!

  AMAZING is an understatement! My son and I drove up to Morrow from Warner Robins on 2/7/26 to attend a special event at a movie theater... We were headed back down 75 South when I "lucked up" and hit an object on the highway... I initially had concerns about my tires, but my pressure remained the same so I figured all was well... You obviously can't pass Tanger Outlets and not stop so we pulled off of the exit and just as I was pulling into the Tanger parking lot, I started to hear a rattling noise coming from my car... I pulled over and looked under my vehicle and noticed a piece (of something) hanging down. I'm a female and had no idea what it was until I googled a few things and got an idea... I initially called a mobile mechanic company and I won't even post what they wanted to charge me, but it was so insane that I literally laughed out loud and told them that it would just have to keep dragging 😁 - I was going to chance it and ride 70 miles, knowing it would probably fall off or be too damaged to fix, meaning I would need to purchase a new one. I then called a place that was willing to fix it, but it was six miles away - again, my concern was if the piece would even hold on that long... FAST FORWARD to me exiting Tanger and hitting the main road when I saw the Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers building! I told my son, "You know what? I don't really want to risk driving six miles; I am going to see if they can help..." How about I pulled up and a young man with the brightest smile came to my passenger side window, immediately... He asked how could he help and just as I was about to explain, another young man (Jacob) was already leaning down, looking up under my car and beckoning me to pull up so he could fix it... He diagnosed the issue based on how my car sounded as I drove up! He told me it was a dust flap (I think that's what he said) and that he could secure it... THEN, another young man directed me into a service bay while Jacob went right under my vehicle and fixed it in what seemed to be less than a minute... The young man who initially greeted me was explaining that everything was fine and sharing some details about the dust flap/cover and then Jacob came back around to share what he'd done. I asked how much I owed them and they looked at me as if they were offended and said, "Nothing"... 😅 - I was COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY!! In a day and age where companies want to nickel and dime you, and/or get over whenever they can... These young men were nothing less than kind, caring, and professional! I am sad that I am not local because I would definitely be a regular customer. So, to Jacob (Jake), Jeff, and everyone else who helped this lady get back on the road with peace of mind, and doing it with such eagerness - THANK YOU!! You are all so awesome and you allowed me to enjoy the rest of my day, that had been going very well up until that point, without any stress🤦🏽‍♀️ - P.S. Sorry soooo long, but I felt detail was needed to show how much their kindness meant to me. Not to mention, this happened at a time where auto-shops were either closed, or preparing to close... This crew saved the day and my sanity! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

  On 1/28/26 I came in for an oil change, only came here because I was over due and couldn’t wait for an appointment with my car dealer. While I was there he’s doing all the things they do to try and up sell an oil change, so he mentioned my filters and I was ok with changing them then he mentioned a tire rotation and I told him no im in a rush and need to get to work( I work over an hour away) I guess at some point he mentioned something about a fuel system cleaning which I don’t remember him mentioning because for one I would get it with my dealer for free because my car is brand new and under 50000 miles and 2 I was not looking to spend and extra 130$ and spend more time there when I needed to be at work…. So while he’s doing the oil change and changing my filters I told him I’m going to run across tie road and pick something up to eat. When I get back my car is pulled to the other side of the shop my hood open and they are still working on something… When I asked to pay and he hits me with a 329$ bill I was like for an oil change… and he’s says not only and oil change and he’s listing everything and mentioning the fuel system and I said I didn’t ask for that… as I said that the Mickey Mouse mechanic looks from under my hood with a surprise face… I was very upset because now I’m running late and had something done to my car that I didn’t want or needed…. When i walked over to my car I told the mechanic “you didn’t mention this to me” and he said he did… I assure you he did not, because I was not financially ready for an over 300$ bill for an oil change… Needless to say I would never go there for anything…. I should have known better because I have never had a good experience with them in the past , and I definitely learned from this one… I would leave 0 stars but that’s not an option… Very unsatisfied customer
