  My experience at this Location was Top Notch! I was helped by Chaz and Micth I pulled in and had a few questions about my car and they both could not help me enough by answering my questions to checking out my car and telling me what was needed very informative and very professional. There was no rush It’s nice to run across nice , kind , professional young men I will definitely be going back to this location! And recommending for my family to go there .

  everytime I come here my service with chaz is always amazing!, he gets me in and out abs he’s very professional and well mannered. I will be coming back to give him a gift!!

  Our exhaust broke on the way home to Canada. Niko and his team were amazing! Although they were not able to resolve the problem, they were quick in diagnosing the issue and referring us to a mechanic that specializes in the replacement of the exhaust. Without their help, we wouldnt have been able to fix the issue the same day. Thank you to Niko and the team for the great service!

  First, let me say that I’ve been taking our cars here for oil changes, light maintenance since this store opened. I’ve always been pleased with the price and service. This morning, I had an issue with a tire that needed to be repaired. I spoke to the service manager who quoted me $28.00 for the repair. I thought it was reasonable. He did the paperwork and took the keys. A few minutes later, he returned, asked me to follow him and then took me out to where my car was parked. He had a small measuring device that he stuck down in the treads and because it showed SLIGHTLY in the yellow zone, he was unable to patch my tire. I told him these tires are Goodyear and have less than 50K miles on them. To my eyes and experience of driving over 50 years, the tires are fine. He mumbled something about “sorry, company policy”. I was over a barrel in this situation so I told him that I didn’t agree but to replace the tire. I told him at that time I would no longer do business with his location and he was fine with that. So, I went from an expected $28.00 tire repair to an unexpected $287.00 new tire. From a consumer perspective, it appears this “company policy” appears to be arbitrary and as a way to push for expensive sales. Not saying it is, just it appears to be. The business has obviously gone downhill in the last few years. The oil change techs were using a propane torch to light fireworks out by the bay doors when they had no customers. I will begin searching for a better oil change and light maintenance business. I’m sure it won’t be difficult to find.
