I’ am heading out of town for a funeral and I had already waited a hour for someone to help me. The other gentleman was also very polite and tried to help but he was slammed and had about 5 other people to help. But Ken went above and beyond he helped me find the correct product processed the exchange very quickly to get me on my way. He was so kind and professional. He really did turn it around and I really appreciate his effort.
