  Unprofessional service. I recently rented a car with them. Apparently they overbooked that day because when I arrived, even though I made a reservation, I had to wait over an hour and finally received what was an "upgrade" after closing time which I thought was a nice gesture. I returned the vehicle 15 minutes before closing on its due date and did not get a receipt but didn't initially think anything of it. I assumed that because I got the vehicle at the end of business day, that I would be given until the end of business day on its due date. About three weeks later, I saw that I was billed for an additional business day. I contacted the store to address the matter and was told I would receive a call back. Never did. I guess they charged me for that " upgrade" after all. No way if I have the choice would I ever return to them. I will be going back to Avis down the street where I had good service without any unprofessional shady business.

  This enterprise always has great customer service the whole staff .my faves are mike and frank!! They're always courteous

  Poor communication. It seems like half the staff know the protocol when renting from them and the other half don’t. I don’t rent cars often and the experience wasn’t pleasant.

  Frank the guy with the dreads has terrible customer service 😐 he is very rude for no reason other than that everything else was good

  Tracy was great with checking me in and out without any long wait and problem great customer service all across the board I will be delightful to rent from this location always
