IMPROPERLY installed my air filter causing a loud noise in my vehicle, also did not know how reset my oil life meter on dashboard even though my car is a very common vehicle. Any response to this review from Valvoline is damage control for the management here.

Second time was fine but this third time, it happened again & the experienced technician was not there. A lot of young guys there. I drive a BMW & wanted to get this done ASAP. Will not be returning.

I saw 5 cars back up and go somewhere else and I watched 5 valvoline service members with no type of urgency or working with any effort. I brought it up to one team member and a manager DJ. The team members didn’t finish until 6:57p almost two hours later. The mgr “offered” a discount but his hands was tied because I’m a USN Veteran already eligible for a 15% discount, so in his words there was nothing we could do. If you want fast reliable honest service please do not come to Valvoline on Panola Rd. I’m going back to Jiffy lube

I was guided into the service area as usual by the technician and the oil change began I was seated inside the vehicle and the technician explained the type of oils and prices and what would be good for my vehicle, I selected to go with the technician advice, after about 5 minutes entering information on his computer and excepting payment for the service the technician began to pump oil into the car. But what I noticed that was different from other visits to get an oil change at this location in the past for 20 or more years was that I heard no communication between the technician under the hood down to the technician beneath the car. **1st Red flag** After watching the technician under the hood pump oil into the car and just walked off to another vehicle, then after about five minutes later another technician I suspect came from beneath the vehicle because I didn't see him when I arrived. This technician yelled to the technician that walked away from my vehicle did he put oil into my vehicle which he replied yes and the technician said in response that the oil level is low , so in response the 1st technician that walked away from my car yelled to fill it but don't over fill it and then the technician began pumping more oil into my car put the cap on and shut the hood and told me I was good to go, never asked me to start the engine and raise the engine like I was asked during other visits the technician from the bottom told me I was good to go, I cranked the vehicle and proceeded driving forward out of the service area I left the shop and got onto the interstate 20 made it to the Candler Road exit my vehicle started tapping and smoking under the hood I made it home and immediately called the shop and the call was answered by an customer service agent . Made a claim and was approved received a rental a was waiting for repairs to be finished and was arrested in the rental because Valvoline stop the claim unexpectedly. I am disabled and on a fix income and can't afford to pay for a lawyer. If you want to donate to cash app $GATORGANGINFINITY
