  I really wish I could give 0 stars. I pulled up with my family and outside in front of the door there was a young black boy smoking weed.. Right outside of the front doors??? I have my 4 month old with me, And He didn’t put it out. He was a thin African American Male and he had on a Brown Hoodie. I then proceeded to go inside and there was another young man on the heavier side, Layed across the counter watching a movie on his phone? No greeting or anything. Acted as if I was bothering him for being there. He didn’t ask me, If he could help me, He asked me What I wanted? When did that start happening at this race trac? When I asked to speak with the manager, He then called the young mann that was outside in front smoking a blunt… What in the world? I am extremely disappointed in the service I received and even more disappointed/Disgusted that these employees don’t have enough respect for their jobs other than to be smoking an illegal substance right in front of the door.

  This store is getting worse every time I go in. Yesterday, I went in and the older gentleman with the black & gray hair, spent more time talking personally via his earphones than actually assisting customers. I went back today between 7/7:30 pm and the same gentleman was bold enough to be on his personal phone talking, while ringing up customers. I would've gladly provided you with his name, but he didn't have a tag on either day. And then they close whenever they want to. No window service, just a handwritten sign CLOSED. This customer service at this location is greatly lacking in the service area!

  Store looked clean and was well stocked, but the two young ladies at the counter were very cold and not at all welcoming. No smiles (actually had the most annoyed looks on their faces), no greeting, seemed to not really want to be there. I get it, but why work in a customer facing role if you don't like people? I think I'll stick to the locations on the other side of Atlanta from now on. They actually know how to represent the company on the west and north sides of Atlanta!

  This location is a guessing game of "what's the issue today". Whether not being able to pay in cash for 3 to 4 days, or closing randomly in the evenings between 8pm to 10pm multiple times a week...you just never know what you're going to get. Not sure if this location is grossly understaffed or grossly mismanaged. To be fair...when open, the cashier does his/her best to deal with the long lines by operating multiple registers with just one cashier...so it's probably the latter. New management would likely be beneficial for both patrons and the morale of the staff. I gave an extra star because this location is well lit, safe, very clean with hardworking staff. I do patronize this store multiple times a week, so I look forward to increasing my rating as management improves.

  Always closed overnight. They have a sign on the door that says “closed for repairs”…
