On 12-24-25 and Frank at the Lithonia location where I always rent from . If it wasn't for the Great Work provided to me by these 2 individuals I would have moved on and told 5+ more . But because they provided excellent service. I will now tell 10+ and my Corporate Office Manager for WellStar Health System.

After waiting 2 hours for a car to become available, even though she had a reservation, my Aunt went to the manager to inquire about the delay. The manager, Michael, was INCREDIBLY RUDE to my Aunt and spoke to her as if she was the problem. My Aunt asked Michael why he was being so rude and he became even more unprofessional. In retaliation, he cancelled her reservation. After two hours of waiting my Aunt had to leave without a car. This was a terrible experience for her and for Michael to be a manager, he exhibited extreme unprofessional behavior. We will not be returning to this location.
