  I have used this location for personal and business reasons and it seems everything I come its a long wait. The vehicle I reserve is either not available or have to wait long times. I seen several people come in and get their vehicles and leave. I was called to be here before 6:00 but the rental was not even ready at 4:30pm. I reserved this rental October 19th. I dont understand how a car company never has anything available I never experience this when renting at airport. One instance I waited 2 hours for a vehicle just to be given a van. Remind you that the place closes at 6:00pm and I am still waiting as I write this at 5:59. ** Update the representative comes to tell me the SUV has a strong smoke smell so we are not smokers why do people smoke in rentals. ITS NOT YOUR PERSONAL VECHICLE. Nonetheless I guess this only happens in the urban areas because the conyers location had same area. Why can't people just follow the rules. It would make the renting procress so much smoother!

  Good old Enterprise strikes again. This is my second horrible encounter with the enterprise in Lithonia Georgia. I got into offender bender and this was the insurance companies rental car company of choice. Since I was not at fault in the accident, of course I was not going to pay out-of-pocket for a rental, but honestly had I known beforehand that they used Enterprise. I would’ve just used my insurance and got the reimbursement too late for that now so basically they gave me a call with no gas, tore up carpet, and the icing on the cake full of roaches! A few months ago they gave me a car that was shaking and had a maintenance light and then tried to switch it out for a smaller car that was full of vomit on the passenger seat please repost this so that I can get some results. I now have to take an Uber to work tomorrow and wait to be reimbursed if the manager ever calls like they promised because I’ve been waiting months to get a call from the first issue with them completely unacceptable!!!

  We really enjoyed our car for our trip! The check in process was smooth. Frank and Briana provided great customer service. Brianna was efficient and quick whilst being warm and friendly. Great energy!

  I travel all over the USA and this one location has to be the worst that I have delt with.. I was waiting for a ride from them since 9:30am on Thursday 10/9/25 and was told that someone was on thier way (which was only less then 10 minutes away) from the dealership.. As of 11am the Manager from dealership had one of his guys take me over there. When I got there they were just standing around talking and laughing. I let them know that I was waiting for them since 9:30am and no one showed up.. The Manager never came out and speak with me at all. The dealership had one of their workers take me over there @ 11:am; The Manager never came out and speak with me at all. Reminds you I still have to go home and get ready for work (which is 20 minutes away). No apologies or nothing. They got me out within 10 minutes which made me late for work @ 1 pm in Newnan, ga with traffic it takes 1hr and half to get there.. I have reach out to the Area Manager and Corporate office pertaining to this matter.. The unprofessional that I have experience was like nothing that I have experience before; Very UNPROFESSIONAL.. I will never ever rent from location again. Once inside the customer service was great and respectful..
