Your associate Rhonda was a great help for me today. She went above and beyond to help me with my concern. She deserves a raise

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Despite the store not being busy, I stood in line without being greeted or acknowledged. When the Parts Sales Manager, Larry Hall, finally spoke to me, there was no "hello"—instead, he immediately snapped, "Are you trying to return that? We don't do returns on that."
I was trying to return unopened, unused Total Pro Booster cables that I had just purchased. I realized after buying them that the packaging specifically stated they were not rated for a full-size truck like my Ford F-150. Larry was extremely rude and unhelpful. I ended up going to a different AutoZone location where the staff was professional and the return was seamless. Larry’s lack of basic customer service skills and poor attitude make him a poor fit for a management role.
