When the Parts Sales Manager, Larry Hall, finally spoke to me, there was no "hello"—instead, he immediately snapped, "Are you trying to return that? We don't do returns on that." I was trying to return unopened, unused Total Pro Booster cables that I had just purchased. I realized after buying them that the packaging specifically stated they were not rated for a full-size truck like my Ford F-150. Larry was extremely rude and unhelpful. I ended up going to a different AutoZone location where the staff was professional and the return was seamless. Larry’s lack of basic customer service skills and poor attitude make him a poor fit for a management role.
